After the heavy winds from the night before. I woke up to find very little wind on the beach, the trampoline playground was being repaired by a few guys due to the exceptionally high tides from yesterdays storm, one of the huts had also swept away.
On to the beach around lunchtime again and there were a good 4 or 5 kiters out in the marginal conditions ranging in kites from 10 upto 13m.
After a downwinder with my RRD twintip, I decided to have a bash on my minimal in the marginal conditions.
On the way back to the beach, I bumped into Gemma who I hadn't seen since Uni 4 years ago, had a quick chat, she was working at the hotel giving out surfing lessons and had been doing for the past few years.

Eventually got back onto the water and then just messed around playing in the shallows struggling with the little wind that was about. Managed to rip another fin out of the surfboard so thats in need of a repair. Then gave my dad a quick bash at bodydragging. that lasted for around 10 mins until he downed the kite into the water and the valve that I repaired the day before failed again. Grrrrrrr!
